iPhone Problems

http://live.pirillo.com – Some of you who have been following me over the past week or so have seen me get a bit upset at my iPhone 3G. Well, more to the point, the 2.0 operating system is what I’m mad at. The upgrade seemed like a good thing. However, I’m running into tons of trouble. I’ve had to completely restore it four times already, and am about to have to do it again. I’m completely baffled as to why this keeps happening. This was a problem …
This was a problem for me and everyone who had 2.0 and 2.1 but when 3.0 came out they seemed to fix it but, if you don’t update your iPhone your apps won’t work because I think the apps will stop working if you don’t update your iPhone for some reason..

    that’s why i don’t …
that’s why i don’t like the iPhone, The OS is so closed that when something goes wrong, you can’t know what goes wrong and the thong treats you like a dumbass! “This Iphone cannot be used” i mean whats that suppose to mean? i like how everything has been made so easy, but the OS should have an “advanced user” option, but it doesn’t have anything like that and thats what makes us geeks angry!

You can take in the …
You can take in the information the iPhone gives out to iTunes through a CrashReporter Log. On your Mac, it is in something called CrashReporter (Mobile Device) in the Terminal App’s Left Navigation Bar and look for your iPhone. It tells you why apps would crash, but you must have a great amount of Mac terminal knowledge (assuming you do, Chris!!!, just telling other people) and you can tell and debug your iPhone through the iPhone SDK.
